What types of special events do you provide fencing for?

We handle fencing rentals for festivals, graduations, races, backyard weddings, beer gardens, parking lots, ticketed entry events, beer gardens, street fairs/markets and more. If your occasion requires crowd control barriers or perimeter boundaries, we can supply appropriate event fencing.

When should I book the fencing rental for my event?

We recommend contacting us 4-6 weeks in advance at minimum to allow ample time for planning. For especially large events or popular seasons, 6 months ahead ensures availability. Early booking also makes you eligible for discounts on the rental fees.

Can you provide other equipment like tents/flooring/lighting too?

While we specialize strictly in temporary specialty fencing, we partner with other vendors that offer tents, portable flooring, generators, lighting/electrical, furniture, restroom trailers and other common event needs. We’re happy to coordinate and supervise equipment delivery/setup for simplified event planning.

Is the fencing reusable or do I have to purchase new materials each event?

Our inventory includes new and gently used fencing available for rental only—no need to repurchase anything! We ensure safety and quality standards are met for every client while keeping costs low through reuse. If damages occur however, repair/replacement fees may apply.

Can I keep the fencing up overnight unattended?

For security, we don’t recommend leaving event fencing completely unattended overnight in most cases. However depending on the venue, location and type of enclosure, some exceptions can be made. Additional fees for ongoing overnight monitoring may be required.

Do you offer decorating like attaching sponsor banners or event signage?

Yes! We can hang custom banners, marketing materials, welcome signs and more on the fencing upon request. Some branded options may increase material fees slightly but allowlots of creative opportunities to display your event identity.

What if I need changes to the fencing layout last minute during the event?

Not to worry – our team is on standby throughout your event which allows flexibility for any reconfigurations required on the fly. Whether you want to open up more entry points, block off unauthorized areas or make layout tweaks, we can handle adjustments seamlessly.

How do I know how much fencing to order for my event site?

Our specialists conduct site visits prior to booking rentals to measure your unique venue and determine accurate linear footage counts. We factor in all access points, existing structures and terrain variances to provide the precise event fencing required—no guesswork needed on your part.

What if my event gets rained out or cancelled? What is your refund policy?

We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise leading to event cancellations. To avoid last-minute losses for our business as well, we require 72 hours advance notice for full rental refunds minus a small cancellation processing fee. For later notifications, prorated partial refunds may still apply depending on materials secured upfront.
